Prabhujot Kumar (b.1984, Patiala, Punjab) completed his BFA, Painting, University of Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh, 2010.

His works have been exhibited in solo shows at Lalit Kala Akademi, Rabindra Bhawan, New Delhi, 2016; and Nirala Art Gallery, Allahabad University, Uttar Pradesh, 2013. His group shows include exhibitions at NCZCC Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh, 2012; Nine Fish Art Gallery, Mumbai, 2017; and Abir Art Gallery, Ahmedabad, 2023. He has received an award in the 89th Annual All India Art Exhibition All India Fine Arts & Crafts Society, New Delhi, 2016.

Prabhujot’s practice explores the idea of inner conflict as an inevitable part of human growth. Drawing from childhood memories, ancient symbols, and the silent language of form, his work reflects the dialogue between life and art. Through ink, line, and structure, he examines how creation becomes a sacred act—an imprint of time and emotion. His abstractions invite reflection on the coexistence of chaos and harmony within the self.
