Space118 Art Foundation Fine Arts Grant 2020:
Space118 Art Foundation invites artists from across India to apply for a production grant ranging from INR 15,000 to INR 1,00,000, supporting the realization of new or ongoing artistic projects.
The grant programme is designed to provide both financial and critical support. Selected grantees will receive two online mentorship sessions with established artists, along with an online review session with the jury, offering valuable feedback and guidance throughout the project.
In addition to the grant and mentorship, artists will have the opportunity to present their work through an “Instalive Open Studio Day”, which will be showcased across Space118’s social media platforms, enabling wider visibility and engagement.
Grant amounts are awarded within the range of INR 15,000 to INR 1,00,000, based on the scope and requirements of the proposed project. All submitted budgets are carefully reviewed and vetted by the jury for the 2020–21 cycle, comprising Lekha Poddar, Mortimer Chatterjee and Shilpa Gupta, in consultation with the selected grantees and the Space118 team prior to the commencement of the grant.
