Space118 Art Foundation Fine Arts Grant 2025:
Space118 Art Foundation invites artists from across India to apply for its Production Grant, offering financial support in the range of INR 15,000 to INR 1,00,000 towards the realization of ongoing or newly conceived projects. The programme is designed to nurture artistic practices through a combination of funding, mentorship, and opportunities for public engagement.
Selected grantees participate in two online mentorship sessions with practicing artists, along with an online review session with the jury. These interactions create space for dialogue, feedback, and critical reflection, supporting artists as they develop their projects. Alongside the grant bursary and mentorship, artists are also given the opportunity to present their work through an InstaLive Open Studio Day, accessible across Space118’s digital platforms, including Instagram and Facebook.
Project proposals and budgets are carefully reviewed and finalized in consultation with the jury and Space118 prior to the commencement of the grant. The jury for the 2025–26 cycle included Lekha Poddar, Sakshi Gupta, Aaron Cezar, Premjish Achari, and Manisha Parekh, whose varied practices and perspectives inform the selection of grantees.
Mentorship for the year was led by an accomplished group of practitioners, including Premjish Achari, Sumakshi Singh, Sakshi Gupta, Rakhi Peswani, Brahma Prakash, Ashish Avikunthak and Manisha Parekh, Their engagement brings a range of insights and approaches, supporting artists as they develop and present their work.
