Nitish Sharma (b.1987, Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh, India) holds a B.F.A., M.F.A., and Ph.D. in Visual Arts. His works have been exhibited widely across India through numerous group shows. He has been the recipient of several prestigious honors, including the Camel Art Foundation Professional Award, AIFACS Professional Award, and a scholarship from the Ministry of Culture, Government of India. He has actively participated in various national art camps and workshops and has contributed articles to both national and international art journals.


Nitish’s artistic practice delves into the mysteries of the cosmic world and the origins of life, seamlessly merging elements of imagination and nature. His compositions invite viewers into a visually immersive realm where the universe and the ocean's depths coexist in harmony—celebrating the intricate interconnectedness of all life. His evolving journey continues to reflect a deep curiosity for the unknown and a reverence for the natural world, particularly the captivating beauty of underwater life.
