CHRIS BASUMATARY India, b. 1993
"I’d like to thank Space118 for giving me this wonderful opportunity to be one of the grantees of the Space118 Fine Art Grant 2023-24. The Grant period has been a very fruitful journey in terms of producing the proposed work and also the mentors provided by them has been extremely helpful for me to develop my practice in a much deeper level. I’d also like to encourage young artists to apply for the upcoming grant in order to gain the experience that I did."
