Overview

Riddhi R. Vasoya (b.1993, Junagadh, Gujarat) completed a Diploma in Painting, Sheth C. N. College of Fine Arts, Ahmedabad, 2016, and a Post Diploma in Printmaking, Faculty of Fine Arts, M.S.U, Baroda, 2018.

Her works have been exhibited in group shows at Rajpath Club, Ahmedabad, 2016; Faculty of Fine Arts, MSU, Baroda, 2018; Dresswalla House, Mumbai, 2018; Conflictorium, Ahmedabad, 2019; Open Studio, Space Studio, Baroda, 2024; and Divine Art Gallery, New Delhi, 2025. She was awarded the Abir India First Take Award, 2022. She was selected for Residency at Space Studio, Baroda, 2024.

Her practice is an introspective exploration of crowds, where she finds solitude amidst noise. Closely observing the stories, situations, and subtle everyday moments unfolding within the society around her, her printmaking captures individuality within chaos, using delicate lines, translucent colours, and natural pigments to build layered textures.

Riddhi lives and works in Vadodara, Gujarat, India.
