Shrikant draws inspiration from nature, the changing seasons, textures, and varying light for his works. Nature’s sounds and vibrations contribute to his artistic evolution and regular excursions into the wild form his spontaneous palette. He aims to reimagine nature uniquely, viewing it as a treasure trove of mystery, secrets, and beauty. Transforming these elements into his works, he explores size, space, images, texture, and colours to articulate his thoughts on canvas. His ongoing dialogue with nature inspires the creation of new shapes and forms. The unseen colours and surroundings prompt him to illustrate using vibrant hues. The interplay between colours and shapes is dynamic on his abstract canvases, with each influencing the other. He strives to convey his life experiences through painting, connecting with divine, lucid, and uncompromising bliss.

Shrikant Kadam lives and works in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
