Shikha completed a foundation course in Commercial Arts, Sophia Polytechnic (2011), Diploma in Graphic Design from MAAC, Mumbai (2013) and her B.F.A. in Painting from Rachna Sansad College of Applied Arts and Craft, Mumbai (2016). She completed her PG Diploma Course from the Bhau Daji Lad Museum (2018).
